What can we put in the sharps container?

Our mail back sharps disposal containers are designed to carry sharps. Sharps include any sharp instrument capable of puncturing the skin such as: needles, syringes, scalpels, lancets, orthodontic wires, blood-tainted knife blades, contaminated broken glassware and glass slides, etc. You may put in swabs, bandages, and other biohazardous waste into our five-gallon system, provided that it contains NO LIQUID.
